Bio:
I was introduced to watercolor while on a bus trip through Europe with an artist buddy. We had bought small traveling paint kits; we painted in the back of the bus throughout the trip; quick impressionistic studies that tried to capture the essence of the landscape as we drove through it. Since then, I have been in love with watercolor and plein air painting. I have had many wonderful painting adventures since. My paintings are inspired by the open sky and its infinite depth, the land and the creatures that call it home.
