Bio:
Nichole Collins is a metalsmith, jewelry designer, and artist. She received her Bachelor of Fine Arts from the University of Kansas and also studied at Lahti Polytechnic in Lahti, Finland. Nichole hand fabricates her jewelry using influences from industrial design and abstract geometric form. The ancient metalsmithing techniques she uses include fusing, soldering, and forging. The line uses combinations of gold, sterling silver, and various gemstones to create unique and edgy compositions while maintaining an underlying sense of delicacy. Nichole resides in Lawrence, Kansas and is active in the artist community. She is a passionate gardener and world traveler.
