Bio:

I am Tamela Wagner, also known as Tamela Blessed. I am a painter of happiness and hope and am inspired by life! I was diagnosed with a rare brain disease called Cavernous Angioma in 2012 and my life changed in the blink of an eye. I was told surgery was impossible but God had a different plan. Without my redirected journey I would have never picked up a paintbrush! During my time of healing from brainstem, spinal cord and strabismus surgeries, God gave me art to express my joy for life and a way to use vibrant color to share the story He’s given me to tell. I like using black in my art because it symbolizes how the most beautiful moments of my life have stemmed from the darkest.
