Bio:
John D Morrison had careers in teaching and programming before taking up landscape photography in 2002. He was introduced to the Flint Hills by a generous rancher who granted him unlimited access to his large ranch near Cassoday. He prefers shooting early or late in the day, when colors, textures, and landforms are emphasized. John and his wife, Shellee, live in Wichita, where his studio, Prairie Vistas Gallery, is located.
