Bio:
Being born and raised in Kansas City enhanced my natural love for art at a very young age. I've been creating art since I was a school girl exploring as many mediums as I would get my hands on. Each new medium I encountered opened up a world of creative potential. During this early experience, my development of mixed medium art was achieved. Throughout my art education, Ive enjoyed studying various techniques and styles in which some have inspired my works of today. I attended St. Theresa's Academy High School. My Bachelors in Fine Art with an emphasis in Graphic Design is from the University of Missouri, Kansas City. Throughout the years my art series have been influenced by many countries I have visited to uncommon species of plants i've grown in my garden. My art career consists of various art shows and exhibits throughout the KC metro, Kansas, and neighboring States. Some of the exhibits include; Kansas City Fringe, the Neon Gallery, Kansas City Artist Coalition Underground Gallery, Kansas City Kansas CC Gallery, The Unitarian Gallery on the Plaza, Raytown arts exhibit, Desoto arts exhibits, Clara Brierly arts exhibits, Sprint art Collection, Olathe City Hall permanent exhibit and many more! Ive now been passionately creating art by commission and galleries for over thirty five years.
