Bio:
I am a water-colorist. Through my artworks, I try to be with nature. It can be realistic scenery, realistic still life or creature, or semi-abstracted close-up of nature. The most subjects I select from nature are isolated dreamy things which and where I love to see, feel or live with. When I finish a painting I feel I owned that moment. I like to create a painting that invokes and invites the viewer's to journey along with the me. I was born and raised in Sri Lanka (Ceylon), currently live in Shawnee Kansas, USA since 2016. Painting is my lifetime hobby and I have studied art from professional artists from Sri Lanka. I have joined with group shows in Sri Lanka and Kansas city (Paper Birch Landing Gallery).
