Bio:

American Realist, specializing in oil portraits and figurative works. Trained at the Art Students League of New York as apprentice to Robert Beverly Hale (curator of American Paintings at the MET) and Daniel Greene, and also Columbus College of Art and Design. David has won many national and regional awards, and was recognized by a U.S. President when he was 16 years old for large murals he was painting and installing in the upper midwest. His work has appeared in and on the covers of Southwest Art Magazine, American Artist Magazine and the Artist's Magazine.
