Bio:
I was born in Sedalia, Mo on September 11, 1968 and have been drawing and painting since I was about 4 years of age. With the exception of art classes in high school, I have had no formal art training. After high school I started experimenting with other mediums. Besides pencil, I discovered I really enjoyed painting with acrylics. Then 2 years ago I started using oils and found that I liked the combination of these 2 mediums and have been using them since. I've had to learn different ways of holding brushes and pencils due to missing most of my right hand {which is my dominate hand} and half of my left from birth defects. I have placed in many art shows and fairs around Central Missouri and have numerous pieces in private collections around the country.
