Bio:
Nicole is an abstract artist from the Kansas City area. After a corporate career in consulting, she returned to art due to significant family loses. Through painting, she began to heal. Lingering on personal moments and feelings, she hopes to bring that feeling to life with dynamic gestures. Her paintings offer something truly unique that transforms spaces by bringing new perspectives of energy, inspiration and personality. Each painting is individually crafted with an emphasis on rich textures and energetic colors. Her color palettes are influenced by energies she wants to increase. Nature is a clear influence, but the hustle and bustle of life and the contrast of opposites drive many of my color choices. Embracing the unique message of each painting creates a singular experience that she loves. A 2024 and 2026 Heart-ist, Nicole has celebrated elements of Kansas City life with Parade of Hearts. She received Best in Show from Lenexa in 2025 for her piece titled State of Being. Nicole also enjoys working with clients on one of a kind commissions to reflect the new directions in their lives.
