My paintings explore place, memory, and emotion, with an impressionistic color palette and textured style. Each work begins with the inspiration of a specific location I have traveled. I experiment with textures and colors to capture the unique energy and feeling of these places. I aim to capture the joy of travel and the sense of nostalgia and connection we form with particular landscapes. My hope is that viewers of my art will be transported not only to the destinations in my paintings, but also into their own memories and the landscapes they hold dear.
