Bio:
Brenda McDermott is a local artist whose love for photography started when she picked up her grandparent's box camera at 7 years old. She soon got her first camera at her birthday and from there her camera collection and love for the medium grew. Her other love is architecture and the history that goes with older buildings. That is why you will often see her out at all hours of the day and night taking pictures in downtown Kansas City and The Folly is a favorite subject.
