Bio:
John Seevers makes heavily adorned Pine Needle Baskets. He was originally inspired by the “Sacred Circles” exhibit at the Nelson-Adkins Museum in the 1970’s and later after retiring to Florida, learned the native Seminole process of Coiling pine needles. He has exhibited in Estero and St. Petersburg Florida, Camano Island and Bellingham Washington as well as the Kansas City area, His celebrity admirer is Courtney Love who has purchased 13 of his baskets.
