Bio:

Susan Hanson received a Bachelor of Fine Arts from the University of Kansas. Susan is a native of Kansas City and currently resides in McKinney Texas. Susan's art is greatly influenced by her mother, an artist and graduate of the Kansas City Art Institute. Susan and her mom, Lois Thompson, collaborate on paintings and gallery shows as well as pursuing their own artist paths. The use of unnaturalistic color and the integration of multiple mediums in her pieces is a trademark of Susan's work. Susan is passionate about interior design and the role art plays in bringing space alive.
