I am fascinated by the healing power of art, especially painting and music. When everything else fail, when results are "still in progress", there is still place for faith and hope. I worked with people in difficult times. Among all forms of marginalization, the pain from the feeling of being rejected and unaccepted is almost perceived like a physical pain. Faith, and probably art, could help in the healing process. Time, as well.... I experimented the association of painting and music.... One becomes the metaphor for the other. I borrowed this concept from psychology.... Music has the healing power. It's enough to listen one of Eric Clapton songs to realize it...He succeed to build a bridge between cultures. The themes of time, dance, flowers are present in my paintings. All of them have the power of bringing joy in the healing process.
