Tamara Tipton is new to Plein Air Paint outs. She recently participated in the Paint Parkville Event, the Brush Creek Art Walk, and is on display at Alaris/Lexitas. She recently joined the Staff of Genesis 1:1 Fine Arts Ministry and enjoys creating in Acrylic, Watercolor, and Mixed Media. Tamara lives in Shawnee, Kansas.
