Bio:

I grew up in the military. I went to High School in Japan, and was put in art classes because there was no other place to put me in such a tiny school. I was going to be an art major in college, but that was derailed when my Dad said he wouldn't pay for that endeavor, and that I needed to become something "reasonable." So I became a Science teacher, taught for 30 years, retired, and started painting again. I consider myself to be somewhat of a Folk Artist, and I relish painting simple , happy subjects, on just about anything I find. I have grown kids, am married, and my husband and I travel and doing various shows, where I show off my art.
