Bio:
I am a mother of 3, a wife, a person in long-term recovery from SUD and the Wellness Empowerment Coach at Amethyst Place. I am no professional artist, by any means but it makes me happy to use colors, random objects, hot glue and whatever other art supplies I can get my hands on to attempt to take the 'crazy' that floats around inside my head and create a tangible representation of it. So, I try to do that from time-to-time. And if I'm lucky, sometimes, the end result will make me smile.
