Bio:
I have been creating papier mache sculptures for about 35 years. They are amalgamations of humans, animals, and plants inspired by my experiences as a science researcher and teacher and almost daily walks in woods, prairies, and along the rivers near my home in Manhattan, Kansas. My work has been exhibited in juried shows locally, regionally, in London, Berlin, and Amsterdam, and in the Women's Hall of Fame Museum in Seneca Falls, NY. My academic studies include a B.S. in biology and an M.S. in Entomology. I recently completed training to be a Docent on Konza Prairie.
