"BCAW 2024"
September 13th through September 24th, 2025
Our 13th Annual Brush Creek Art Walk (2024) provided 40 pre-registered artists a 3-day weekend of outdoor painting. Starting on Friday, September 13th with a ‘Nocturne on the Plaza’ the 3 on location “Quick Paints” were attended by 20 artists (on average) and a total of 80 original/framed works were submitted for judging and sale.
The Awards Reception took place on Tuesday, October 1st and the results are posted on our webpage www.bcawfoundation.org along with judges notes.
We want to thank Buttonwood Art Space for providing us the opportunity to sell these amazing works ONLINE ONLY. Works are currently on display at the Anita B. Gorman Conservation Discovery Center (4750 Troost) through the month of November, then we travel to two other locations in the Crossroads over the winter months.
NOTE: Artwork is not on display at Buttonwood Art Space.
They are ONLY handling the online sales… And thank you BAS for all the support!
These original framed works were all generated en plein air (outdoor painting) and reflect locations from the Plaza on the West heading 4 miles east along Brush Creek to Elmwood Avenue. If you’re hoping to see these works in person, maybe prior to purchase, they will be on display at various locations. Check our website for these locations over the coming months.
Works purchased benefit the Brush Creek Art Walk Foundation (20% of sales) with 80% of the sale going directly back to the artist. If you are interested in reading more about our event and to get on our mailing list for seasonal events - check out our website: https://www.bcawfoundation.org/
