"The End of the World As We Know It"

Reception:  First Friday, December 7th, 2012 from 5:00pm to 9:00pm.

Since we’ve seen predictions and myths that the world will end in December, 2012 along with the Mayan calendar, Buttonwood Art space decided to embrace this philosophy into an art show. Local artists have submitted artworks under the theme of ‘The end of the world’. Whether this is apocalyptic in nature or celebrates our world and what we will miss if it ends – the artists have created some wonderful imagery!
