Bio:
My name is T.J. Johnson. I was born, raised and currently reside in Lee's Summit, Missouri. I graduated from Lee's Summit Senior High School in 1986. I spent 24 1/2 years working for the U.S. Federal Government. I resigned my position in July 2011, so that I could concentrate solely on living out my passion of painting my works of art & sharing them with the world. I am a Professional Artist, who specializes in Abstract Paintings. I began painting in December 2006 when God gifted me with the talent of painting and I founded Works of Art from God's Heart Art Studio. I have no formal art education other than the gift God placed in me. I have participated in several art fairs in Missouri. My artwork has been showcased at the Jones Gallery-KC Crossroads, Kansas City, MO January 2012 and with the Elle Sea Art Exhibition @ The BrewTop, Lee's Summit, MO April 2012. I continue to create paintings and enjoy my passion of creating art that people will enjoy around the world. I am in a relationship with the love of my life. I have a cat named Crybaby. I also have two adult children and 6 grandchildren. I hope this has helped a little to get to know me as a person and most importantly as an artist.
